I brought a bike in for a “tune up.” Initially I was unclear about how what I wanted corresponded to the sign outside the service area. But the mechanic put the bike on the stand and did a thorough assessment of what it needed as I stood there. He provided the information for my review and was happy to do as little or as much as I indicated. What great service!

These people have great customer service, a vast selection of cycling and outdoor related products and clothing, with, in my opinion, good prices. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. I have been a customer, as have friends and family, for over 20 years, I see no valid reason for this relationship to discontinue anytime soon.
