Water aerobics
I have never actually been to this YMCA. I purchased a membership for my dad who really enjoys the facility. He says that the staff are friendly and there are a good number of machines that can accommodate his physical limitations.

I love the southeast YMCA. The instructors like Greg are the best and it has the best atmosphere
It has some really wonderful people working there. From our water aerobics instructors, workers at front desk, and Virginia heading the Forever Young group as well as everything else she does. It has a real family atmosphere.
