What do you like best about the YMCA?

I appreciate the warm welcome upon entering the building at the South East branch! I admire the inclusive of family, seniors and various culture's. I'm currently taking swimming lessons in my early sixty, and my swimming experience has been a amazing with my instructor Bonnie she's the best!!!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Cost and amenities. I wish there was some better communications on cancellations. I waited half an hour for a Zumba instructor to show up and they did not. I drove through rush hour traffic to make the class. No one knew where the instructor was.

Instructors related well to my child. Started on time and ended on time at each lesson. One instructor for two students so time spent was very good.

The Southeast branch is always clean, with a variety of classes, activities, and equipment. This is my favorite place for the pool and sauna. It is conveniently located.

Bonnie is a great swim instructor! She is encouraging and gives great feedback for improvement. My girls have learned a lot in such a short time.

I also loved how the swim staff helped parents register for the next session. The postcards prior to the start of the session was a welcomed reminder!

Everyone is welcomed, but no group is singled out for special welcoming, as though some are not as welcome. We like the welcome signs and the flags and languages. We like the friendliness and being called by name.
