The two ladies at the desk they were extremely helpful, the older lady was very knowledgeable about the ymca and all the benefits as I have foster children! They were great team members felt as if I was just chatting with my own grandmother! She even hugged me! I just wish I could remember her name because she went above and more with customer service! She should be recognized!

Lessons at the same time. The lessons were great and broken down to learn the basics of swimming and how to survive in water.

The facility and its cleanliness.
The activities that are provided for adults and children.
The size and amount of workout equipment.
Then childcare provided.
The parking.
The staff most of all are all so so friendly.

The employees are very kind and personable and appear to care about members. They serve members well and respect us and do the best to meet our needs. The equipment and classes are good variety and excellent.

My kids swim teacher Master is great and the aquatic director Dacia is great and informative as well.
The care and dedication to learning how to swim and proper techniques shown by Dacia to my daughter has been great. It has helped cultivate her love of learning how to swim.

Their programs are all inclusive which what we needed for my grandson. They have been very supportive and encouraging and he has really progressed in both swimming and basketball.
