What do you like best about the YMCA?

Carla's uplifting & genuinely caring leadership both in and out inside of her water classes makes it such a welcoming place. She has a way of getting the members of the swim groups to connect with one another like family. I also love the challenges the Y has that motivate me to exercise.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

They are very pro active for seniors! We enjoy the water aerobics and many use the equipment room for strength.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

My experience at the Southeast YMCA has been warm and enjoyable. The initial signup day and all the assistance by the staff has been great. My walkthrough of the facility and the challenge by swim instructor to be more than a visitor was great. I encourage anyone who’s looking to make a physical change in their life to try the YMCA!!
