Friendliness of the staff and relaxed environment.
There are plenty of treadmills that have a space between them instead of pushed next to each other as they are at Northeast. Very clean locker rooms which is a great improvement. Friendly front desk people. A good variety of classes.
My granddaughter feels safe with her instructor. The instructor has instilled confidence in my granddaughter.
