What do you like best about the YMCA?

The aqua fitness classes are my choice for exercise.Great cardio exercises in addition to strength and balance. Carla, Rose, Cheryll, Denise, Stacy and Emily all give great workouts!
My wife also loves the craft classes. In addition there is the Forever Young Club for the seniors where there are monthly field trips in the Spring, Summer and Fall. There are tables in the lobby where you can have coffee and conversation with other members. The staff is great and if you're a senior there's plenty of activities at the Southeast YMCA and this would be the place for you.

Somewhat convenient location that has all of the equipment I need to work out. The regulars make it feel like a family atmosphere.

Southeast is a smaller venue that does not overwhelm. I only wish there were more basketball goals. The staff always greet you on arrival and wish you well on the way out. It is close to my neighborhood. Thank you
