I like all the yoga and exercise classes offered and the instructors are great! Jamie and Lisa’s classes offer great workouts and they are good for any level of fitness.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

My seven year old grandson is special needs and the Y staff have been so wonderful to him. He has been taking swim lessons for over a year and has really progressed thanks to the patience and care of the Y swim instructors. He also played T-ball at the Y last year and had a blast! Looking forward to playing baseball again this summer.

Friendly staff! Also one of the few Ys in town that has a real deep end for Deep Water classes. That’s the main reason I joined this location and have enjoyed it ever since!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

We are family at here at Southeast. We do so many other activities than just regularly classes for healty bodies. We have craft day once a month and game day. I have met so many nice people at my Y.

Just wish we could some better lockers for the shower rooms.
