Organized, facility always clean, helpful staff, overall well ran...to have an organization an that well... consistently... it must have great leadership, staff coaching, and more. Best YMCA I have ever been a member of! I LOVE this place!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

What I love the most about the Northeast YMCA is that it feels like home. From the front desk workers to the Adventure Center, I am always greeted with smiles, even on the days where I'm not feeling the best. However, when I leave I always feel better. I have made lifelong friendships and now have a Y framily. The classes I have taken at the Y have helped me boost not only my confidence, but my physical strength.

Spin classes, instructors, variety of the weight lifting equipment and the routine maintenance to keep the equipment functional.
Friendliness of the staff (very helpful too) is excellent!!!

The staff is friendly and knows your name. The facility is always clean. The Silver Sneaker classes and instructors are top notch. Child Watch staff are caring and attentive. It’s an overall welcoming place.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love all the programs available at the YMCA, friendliness of staff, cleanliness of facilities
and equipment. I love using the trainer program (I use Paula Pierce at Middletown YMCA - she's fantastic!). I love swimming at Norton Commons Pool since it's kept slightly cooler for lap swimmers (KEEP IT COLD!) and Justine Noel is great. I love that I can use my YMCA membership whenever I'm out of town and be treated equally at any YMCA.

The class instructors and entire staff are so friendly and welcoming! Love the SilverSneakers classes with such great groups of participants and inspiring instructors!
