It has the complete package: Fresh coffee, free locks for use in the spacious and clean locker room, a variety of workout equipment and spaces, and a friendly/accommodating staff.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Super Friendly staff, great family atmosphere, clean facility, challenging and fun classes. The staff recognizing me by name when I come in (before I scan my card) means a lot to me. Most places, even if you're a regular "customer" still won't personalize your experience.

we enjoy the staff being so friendly and the childcare workers knowing my girls by name makes me feel good knowing they are comfortable & excited to see the staff too!

Love how friendly the staff are and how helpful. Jeff most recently helped me with one of the machines I wasn't sure how to work with, and it was the perfect mix of helpful and not intrusive. I appreciate that!

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I love the friendly people working at the Y.
I love the Silver Sneakers classes with wonderful teachers. Anxious to learn how to use all the machine with my first instruction next week.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I enjoy the classes I take and the people I meet. I look forward to going to the Y. I am in the Love Strong program and I would recommend it to all cancer survivors. The people in the program and the leaders are friendly and try to help anyone who comes. I recommend you join the Northeast Y.

Bring back the towels for spin classes at Norton Commons! Seems like all the other local gyms have this feature.
