Friendly staff who call you by name; the class instructors who not only provide good work outs but also get to know you and are helpful; I also notice that they try to indentify new people in class and explain things to them; facilities are clean

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Kayla has been great with the kids in our swim class, they come excited and willing to swim. I love that she holds them to expectations in order to be able to participate, younger groups need that extra structure! She’s great, we will be back

What do you like best about the YMCA?

I like the smaller workout environment and enjoy access to weight-bearing machines, free weights and areas where I can do floor exercises without being in a crowd. The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. Accommodation of clients who prefer early-morning access is also great, and the Middletown “Y” is conveniently located.
