The staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the kid zone because I can get my workout in and my kid gets to play as well.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Clean and love water bike class . My only comment is that it is frustrating that bikes run out downtown and other ymcas closer to my house don’t have them. Downtown has 6. I get turned away week after week for class. I can’t drive to NE all the time. I gave metro membership and can’t really do my favorite thing cery often w classes cut and only 6 bikes. I am trying JCC this summer and considering dropping ymca. NE has excess number of bikes- with several sitting on pool deck even w a full class. It’s just weird.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The helpfulness of staff and instructors, even though I have just returned 15 months after co-vid and still hesitant to use all of the facility.

The equipment is nice, the staff is always helpful, and everyone minds their business. Not to mention a wide range of ages, races and body types that are working on themselves

I like All of the different classes offered, I like being able to go to different locations, it’s the full package with classes, pool, basketball gym and sauna.

Facility is overall clean, very friendly staff.
But sometimes people’s half eaten food found under the chairs.
