I like the fitness classes. I also like the different choices at the Ys. Usually there is a class in the time that I can go.
The staff at the Middletown YMCA are all super friendly. I love the smaller facilities - it’s not quite as crazy as the Northeast branch. I especially LOVE the kids club staff at the Middletown branch. I know my daughter is in good hands while I workout and have my “me” time.

How conveniently close it is located to my house. I also like house much smaller the facility is and how they recognize your child every time you bring them in and they also recognize you I was well

It has the complete package: Fresh coffee, free locks for use in the spacious and clean locker room, a variety of workout equipment and spaces, and a friendly/accommodating staff.
The varied options and warm pool! Personnel are always pleasant and helpful.

I have been a member for almost 20 years. I loves the wellness center, the classes, the cleanliness of the facility and the friendly staff.
Good programs. Clean, wholesome environment. Good facility.
Super Friendly staff, great family atmosphere, clean facility, challenging and fun classes. The staff recognizing me by name when I come in (before I scan my card) means a lot to me. Most places, even if you're a regular "customer" still won't personalize your experience.
we enjoy the staff being so friendly and the childcare workers knowing my girls by name makes me feel good knowing they are comfortable & excited to see the staff too!
Love how friendly the staff are and how helpful. Jeff most recently helped me with one of the machines I wasn't sure how to work with, and it was the perfect mix of helpful and not intrusive. I appreciate that!

I like the wide variety of exercise equipment and the gym. There is also a great offering of programs to suit all types of fitness goals and levels! I also like that my entire family can utilize this facility, unlike the last place I was a member of.
