My family loves the YMCA! I always feel energized the moment I walk into the facility. The swim classes have been great for my children and have competent and kind instructors.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

Pickelball is the reson I joined the Y and I really love playing there. Theresa does a great job with the organization of the courts and is very accommodating. Everyone there is nice and really a pleasure to play with.

What do you like best about the YMCA?

The Middletown YMCA has always had the best staff. They are friendly and do their best to make everyone feel welcome. The facility is relatively small with limited equipment, but it is always maintained, and clean. This Middletown YMCA gets a large crowd of older athletes for its Silver Sneakers program which is awesome. One day, we will all get to that point in our lives and it is great knowing the YMCA has a place for us to continue to be active and engaged in the community. Keep up the good work.

The staff!!! Everyone knows my name and are super friendly. I also love the people that go there everyday. It’s like my little Middletown family!

I love this YMCA, the people are friendly, facility is clean, and well kept. I am always seeing someone cleaning something. Equipment is good. I would like to have someone show me how to use the machines, if that's possible.

I love the adventure room for my child and the friendliness of the staff. The facility is clean and they have a variety of workout options.

We really like having our Y in such a convenient location. We frequently work out before running to the grocery or running errands in the area.
