I kind of liked the breaks during the day. It helped control the umbrella squatters. Also gave us a nice ending time to help get the kids out of the pool and to the car.
I love Nancy Muzzey’s hydro cycle class. Please schedule one for Monday mornings, so there are more classes during the week.
Water aerobics. Bill is the most fun and outstanding instructor. You don’t even realize you’re exercising because he makes it so much FUN.

The northeast Y is always a friendly place to go for a workout. This location has great locker rooms and the pool temperature is always perfect:-)

We love calypso cove! We visit once a week during the season and are so excited to visit again!
Family Friendly, reasonable price point, shared values with other members.. (family values). Calypso cove is the best event, every week my kids wants to go, every week it remains fun and safe. Great place for adults to relax with all positions in eye sight of parents, and for children to develop problem solving, and social skills with peers in open play.
Clean. Nice place. Easy parking. Pool. I'm all about the pool.
Large class rooms
Calypso Cove is the best thing ever. I just wish I could bring my niece with me when she comes to visit. She would lose her mind. Plus, my daughter is an only child. It would be nice for her to be able to bring a friend with her to swim. (My niece lives far away - makes no sense for her to get a membership in Louisville).
Some of your lifeguard need to be trained on how to work with kids a bit more. I saw at least three really screaming at kids a bit too much. Like there parents weren't even around...it's a way to get your point across without barking. I know they have to keep them safe but just something to think about. Even on swim classes more training how to work with kids, be a bit more compassionate, nurturing. Hold their hands when they get out the pool- they're young. Just help them.
The staff is always very welcoming, the facilities are clean, and my kids love the slides at Calypso Cove.

Staff and convenience
I like how well the staff works with you to make sure you are happy. When I had an issue Jamie was very good about making sure that I was taken care of. It made me feel like they valued my membership.
