The friendly staff!

Calypso Cove is awesome. It's a great place to take the kids when they are out of school. My only recommendations would be to improve the locker rooms. Having a couple more showers in the family locker room so that people don't have to wait would be helpful. If all of the stalls with toilets had a shower it would be much more convenient. It would also be nice to have a 3-in-1 body wash/ shampoo/ conditioner in the showers as well. Also, the floor in the family locker room is VERY VERY SLIPPERY. At least one of us falls every time we are there.
Good place to get suntan in Water Park and exercise next to at main YMCA building with sauna.
From the moment you walk in the door, an employee is there to greet you and make you feel welcomed. There are so many different places and types of exercise to suit the needs of all members. The place is exceptionally clean and there is always someone to help you should you be in need of assistance.
There is something for everyone in my family to do.
I go mostly just to swim laps. The reserving a swim lane is a great idea and I hope you keep it going.
I did have one occasion when I got to my lane 4 people/kids not swimming laps in it but lifeguard addressed the problem and I hope the rest of lifeguards will do the same
Its clean and good for family and singles.
I like the instructors in the group classes--particularly BodyPump. The room is large enough that we do not feel like we are on top of each other.

We love the Y and camp! The councilors are great and my kids have a blast. I do want to mention a song that my kids came home singing that was pretty inappropriate for 7 year olds. Just to keep in mind for the councilors that kids hear everything
