The cleanliness of the Cove, and the staff are friendly.
My kids are obsessed with Calypso Cove, and it's so great having it open all summer. I love having so many lifeguards so I don't have to worry about keeping my eyes on my three kids at all times.
I like the variety of exercise opportunities- group fitness and water classes.
I travel around the country using YMCA facilities most places that I stay. Northeast Family YMCA is on par or above with any that I have visited. Well run, clean, up to date. 6 lane, 25 meter pool for me is a big plus as well

Childcare staff! We love bringing our kids to the Y. We wouldn't be able to fulfill our commitment to fitness without the excellent childcare staff.

I like being able to reserve a swim lane so that I don’t have to wait for a lane when I get there. I also like the single swimmer in lane 1 and 2. I sure hope you keep it that way.

The Y helps so many people in many ways. From the struggling single parent who just needs an hour of a good workout to children who have no where else to go to cancer survivors needing support and encouragement. This and more is the Y.
All the staff is friendly and really try their best to make everything the best it can be. I really am impressed with Dana.

The classes -water and land
Its clean, and large. Even when the parking lot is full I can still get a good workout in. The staff is helpful and friendly.
