What do you like best about the YMCA?

The Northeast Regional YMCA has the most updated equipment with a variety of programs. I especially use the new egym and treadmill but I have been in aquatics and exercise classes. Along with all of this, the staff and instructors are very helpful, courteous and make you feel unique and special. I have been a member since the Regional YMCA opened but left for a few years because of residences in two states. I'm 83 years old and feel your never to old to be getting in good physical condition. After 3 years, I finally felt comfortable leaving my child in someone else's care. The facility and the staff are so amazing. Everyone is so positive and very caring.

Access to childcare while I work out - though I do wish there wasn’t a gap in childcare midday on weekdays.

I also love the variety of classes.
