For this location, the kickboxing class with Cassie is my favorite!
I really like that classes available to take and instructors.
I do struggle with the the volumen of some of the classes. The decibel is way too high. I started to wear earplugs.

The pool is lovely, the locker rooms and showers are very clean and comfortable, and staff members are very courteous.
It's a very clean, well-maintained facility, and has plenty of equipment. I've always been able to get my workout in without having to wait too long for equipment to be available.

Dealing with facilities problems quickly and at the mercy of repair people.
Allow class leadership when instructor not there due to lack of temporary replacement.
Areas could improve:
Communication through app or email to people when pool closed due to problem.
When large classes compete with other members for showers the lack of willingness to open other family showers for temporary overflow.
