Friendly helpful good pricing
Very friendly and very quick. Did not appear to have the windows cleaned. Also I thought in the past when reviewing the service they always shared what the tire pressure was prior to inflating.

I brought my car in for an oil change only (and the topping of fluids, air in tires and most importantly after oil change, a vacuuming of my car.
It was early in the morning and a mechanic was running late to work. To compensate the garage being short handed, my extremely messy back seat was not vacuumed.
After asking about vacuuming before paying, I was told this and my car was brought back into the garage and taken care of. (Actually, I should have scored them higher for doing this in a FRIENDLY manner)
Also, no questions were asked of me about my wishes or my car's performance.
I'll certainly be back; I've been using the Pasadena JL for many, many years.
IMO just because a shop is short handed, the customer should not be short changed, unless a big $ discount is given.

Great experience. The gentleman who greeted me as I pulled up was polite and friendly. As was the gentleman at the counter when he took my information. We smiled and joked the entire time I was there. Quick efficient service. Most enjoyable time. 😊

Friendly, fast and professional
I have been using this location since 2008 but lately have become disappointed. They are charging way too much which is probably due to having too much staff that stand around not doing much. My last oil change and tire rotation took 30 minutes with no cars ahead of me and was going to cost $160 until I complained. The other car they were working on almost slid off the lift and they mentioned nothing to the owner. My receipt said they vacuumed my vehicle when they clearly didn’t. I sat there watching a bunch of employees standing around my vehicle doing nothing so now I’m wondering what else did they lie about?

Efficiency of service
My visit was great and it was for car battery replacement. There was no military discount for my battery purchase, but I wish that I was given the $15 car battery purchase coupon that was available that this location.
