How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Last time they charged 80 and this time I went it was 120. It's expensive for the oil change. They have a better price elsewhere.

the staff was pleasant, efficient, and provided the information that I needed for the car service.
The agreed service items were performed in a reasonable amount of time.
I have used this location for over 30 years, and sorry to hear that on the technicians over that time has passed away- he was good person and a good employee for this Jiffy Lube location.
