Was highly strongly pushed to switch to the high end oil friday. I explained it’s a 2018 truck with only 30,000 miles on it and it’s company owned. The lady kept saying I won’t have a warranty and it’s very foolish to not use the high mileage oil. She made me feel awful for a decision that is not in my hands. I pay for the oil changes and get reimbursed. My boss said use only regular oil.
So a wrench was left in my car and the glove compartment was hanging off. Luckily, I didn’t leave right away, returned the wrench and the mechanic came over to fix my glove compartment. But they had also messed up my courtesy, reading, and some lights so the mechanic who came back tried to fix it but now I can’t get it back to the setting it was originally on.
Manger and team were efficient, competent and friendly.
Entire staff was AWESOME!

Make sure skid plates are put back properly. And, if it can't be put back securely then inform the customer.
