I dropped the car off, handed a guy the keys, walked across the parking lot for lunch, came back, paid, and drove away. Doesn't get any easier than that.

I had a coupon emailed to me by Jiffy Lube for 15% off. The cashier couldn’t get it to work with the code and the coupon was not honored. The coupon was not expired and an oil change was not listed among the exceptions on the coupon. Not sure why I should continue to get the emails if I can’t use the coupons that are sent.
Poor customer service. The guy looked annoyed and it got worse when I declined extra services. Not coming back there.
Took my jeep in for and oil change and now it's at the dealership with more repair work need, was asked if I needed and oil treatment. I said sure to .myself it would keep the jeep working, not to my surprise the oil treatment was added to my coolant.
Service was quick and efficient and staff was very friendly.
Employees were welcoming and friendly. I was greeted right away and my car immediately taken back for service. I was out in less than 30 minutes, which was pleasantly surprising!

Fast and good service
Service was good but on my previous oil change an oil filter was left loose and I needed to take my vehicle to the dealership when I had spoken to the district manager he assured me it was an isolated incident and they they would take care of the next oil change . Fast forward I went in and had the oil change done and no notes or antyrhing in the computer so I ended up spending 135 dollars on an oil change that should have been complimentary
Nice staff. Explained all work to be done. Work done quickly. Always have gotten good service from this Jiffy Lube location.
I like the friendly and the knowledge about my vehicle needs
I wasn’t able to reschedule an oil change with my dealership and Jeff’s Lube was recommended to me from several others in my office. The one nearby work was convenient, quick, courteous, and did extra steps that I didn’t expect, like vacuuming the car. I would have cleaned it up better had I known! I won’t bother with going all the way to the car dealership again! I will be recommending this Jiffy Lube to others! Thank you!
