Customer service was on point. Had a great time talking with all the guys.
The managing technician was clear in his explanation of what my vehicle required and why. He was considerate in keeping me informed as my car took awhile due to the services it was receiving. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and serviced the car well.

I'm not disappointed. I don't be having expectations. The vacuum service could have been better. Windshield cleaning should be inside and out. That's all minor to me. Main thing my oil service was done correctly. Keep the main thing the main thing.
Quick service and great prices. Only issue, when I was there someone was being trained and the tires on the driver side were overfilled significantly. Normally 35# of air pressure recommended, but those 2 tires had 53 and 58# in. Still would recommend them and will continue to frequent this Jiffy Lube!

The oil change interval you have listed for my car was incorrect. I double checked my owner’s manual and with dealership, your default was wrong. It said oil change every 3000 miles, it should be every 6Phone number removed miles (fully synthetic oil). I will no longer use Jiffy Lube due to this. Jiffy Lube is very convenient but not knowledgeable or trustworthy.

The District/Regional Mgr was there and she always makes my day!!! The store manager is just as pleasant and always recognizes me and says hello.
It's always clean and well organized with the entire staff working quickly and efficiently. Won't go to any other Jiffy Lube . I bring my jeep,car,work truck,girlfriends truck and minivan. I'm definitely a promoter!! Keep up the good work!!
