Went in with a COUPON for $25,00 OFF a SYNTHETIC Oil Change.. I showed it to the tech guy BEFORE I went into the waiting area and BEFORE they started the JOB.. he said “YES” we accept those and the expiration date is good. “ THen when I went to pay, he said, “OH we can’t accept this coupon it’s for another Jiffy Lube location ! He managed to get a $20.00 discount code but your personnel should know what coupons are accepted and those that are NOT. IN ADDITION the same TECH checked me out at the register THEN HANDED ME THE KEYBOARD and said, TYPE in your PHONE NUMBER, ADDRESS, EMAIL ADDRESS, HOME ADDRESS ! SINCE when is the CUSTOMER now a Jiffy Lube ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT??? I’ve been going to the Reisterstown Location for years but may have to find a new location…VERY UNFORTUNATE… A. I have been going to this location for over 20 years. The service is always excellent. They tell you what your car needs and explain things clearly. Brian has been at this location for a while. He and the other service people are friendly and care about the customers. Also, they do a thorough yet quick oil change and give accurate time estimates if you are having other work done. I highly recommend the Jiffy Lube on 2nd Street in Laurel, MD.
They were prompt and the wait was acceptable. They didn't force other services on me. I appreciate that.
Very expensive. Went in for an oil change and left with a bill of almost $250. They used the scare tactic and added rear differential fluid change supposedly.

Don’t ask me if I want the same oil service as before. I don’t know. I go to you guys because you’re the experts. You’re suppose to know what kind of oil my car needs. So when I find out you’ve been putting 5w20 in the engine when the oil cap clearly reads 0w20, it doesn’t instill a lot of confidence. Is one better than the other? Was my engine damaged or had reduced performance because of the oil grade? Were you just saving me a few bucks with the less expensive grade. I dunno. But I count on you guys to get it right.
Very professional
The guys were so fast! It really only took them about 15 or 20 minutes to change my oil and replace my windshield wipers. I was in and out of there with a quickness! And they were super nice. It was a great experience!

Everyone who worked there was SO friendly. I am a woman who is not too familiar with the ins and outs of car mechanics, and they explained everything so well and gave honest feedback on the status of my car. Sometimes going to car service centers I am aphrenrsive because I don't want someone 'upselling' me due to being a bit naive, but I never felt this way at the Annapolis Jiffy Lube.

I only use Jiffy Lube for their quick oil changes. Every time it's always off-putting to be constantly pressured into upsells. "Your car is in the air right now, we can go ahead to do the extra service."
If I'm coming in for an oil change & tire rotation and I say I only need those two things, I don't need anything else.
