Had a coupon for 25% off. Service advisor forgot to apply it and then refused to re-run the transaction. Absolutely horrible customer service. We will never be going there again and will ensure our friends know this as well. We will stick to using the dealership from now on which is what I had planned on doing today until I saw the 25% off coupon. So much for that. Never again. An email followup is fine.

I recently visited the Oxon Hill Jiffy Lube. The customer service was excellent; the young lady who helped me was able to assist me with all my needs. However, the pricing seemed a bit too much, and that is where my issue lies. The staff was quick and efficient and got me all the information I requested.
The guy tried to sell me a cabin air filter because he said mine needed to be replaced. Showed me an old dirty one that clearly wasn’t mine. I just replaced mine a couple ago. I go home to double check and my air filter is perfectly fine.
When they say "jiffy: they mean it!!! I couldn't believe how fast they got me out of there. PLUS they cleaned my windows outside and vacuumed the floor boards!!! Who does THAT??!! The young man who took care of me was extremely polite. I had never been there before, but I received a coupon in the mail and decided to give them a try. I wouldn't hesitate to return and would definitely recommend.
The Staff Is friendly, fast and professional at the Johnstown location. The Service cannot be beating in Johnstown jiffy Lube.
My son went for his first oil change of $50 and got $300 extra service on a 2000 car with two months of registration remaining
