Very professional
Fast service. Nice employees.
I am impressed with how they show and explain what work is needed and why instead of just simply telling you what they're going to do. It makes someone with little mechanical knowledge feel reassured that they aren't being taken advantage of. The staff is also really nice. Only slight negative is that the waiting room can get a bit crowded.
They were very busy when I arrived, probably 6 cars in front of mine. I asked how long they estimated an oil change to take and they said 20 minutes and we’re done in about 15! The entire stafff was very nice and efficient

I was so disappointed by the customer service rendered to me ..I can point finger to the said manager who had unprofessional attitude I never thought will happen in that place since I started getting service there in 2007 to date… there was a manager named James there .. he was awesome, amazing man

I thought the service was slow. I had a $15.00 coupon that expired on the 31st and when I first presented it, I was told that the coupon was expired. After I inquired why it expired, a different individual accepted the coupon. My general impression is there is more interest in trying to find problems with the cars, that changing oil.

The old man who rung me up was extremely rude to me for no reason. According to my receipt his name is William. I know for a fact he wouldn’t have said what he said to me if I was a man. But he spoke to me in the tone because I’m a young woman. Everyone else I encountered was nice, but I wouldn’t send anyone here by chance they’d have to speak with William. 0 stars for the old man with an attitude. I won’t be coming here anymore. I arrived at 9:45 a.m. on Monday, December 30, and waited until 10:20 before a technician flagged me to pull forward toward bay #1, which was occupied by one vehicle for the entire time. I watched several technicians wandering around in slow motion, as if confused or lost while servicing other vehicles that also sat with hoods up for long periods of time in the other two bays. One of them finally approached my vehicle to inquire about the service my vehicle needed and suddenly, I realized what the problem was. He wreaked of weed, a sickening odor that also permeated the customer waiting area. I’ve been a Jiffy Lube customer for more than 30 years and have had issues with this facility (Crain Highway/Crofton MD) where tire rotations and other vehicle maintenance (other than oil changes) make it impossible to be serviced in a more timely manner. I was there for just under an hour for a visit that should have taken 15-20 minutes. It’s called “Jiffy” Lube for a reason, right? The employees are lackadaisical and lack any understanding of courtesy that would encourage customers to return. Aside from the disgusting exposure to their consumption of weed, the people who own and/or manage this facility should be concerned about the dangers these employees face, not only to themselves as they navigate around the grease pits while servicing vehicles, but also customers whose vehicles are being driven into and out of the service area. To say I was appalled and outraged by this visit would be an understatement. To say I will never return, is absolutely true.

NO!! I would never go there again In my live I might go to another station but not that one I have been going there all time some of the issues they put engine treatment with I never asked for they me paid for it the price they told me before charging the oil is not I paid etc
