You changed the oil in my car randomly to synthetic in the 2019. I found out in 2024 and i didn't know enough to catch it. I will sometimes get my oil changes done back in my hometown which means I have been yoyoing my car back and forth. You're not supposed to do that. Who knows what damaged that caused. I trusted this place. The only place i would use. Even when i moved, drove almost an hour to go here. Biggest fan and supporter! Always leave a 5 star review, shout on my social media, recommend to everyone i see (just sent a lady from work a couple of weeks ago). Businesses like this can be drowned out by sure volume of options, overlooked and dismissed because of their location, and can really grow with community support. I wanted that for y'all. No need to call or email. I'm not coming back. If I gotta watch my back, I can do it where I'm at.

I recently visited Jiffy Lube Annapolis and had an outstanding experience, thanks to Sean and Chad. Both were incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to explain everything to me and ensured that my car was in top shape before I left. Their friendliness truly stood out. It's not often you come across service like this—I'll definitely be returning for all my car maintenance needs. Highly recommend!

Service was absolutely amazing. I came into Jiffy on a Sunday needing an oil change and I was able to speak with Mr. Budget who was kind enough to assist me. Not only did Mr. Budget take the time to thoroughly explain their routine care so I can have a better understanding of other services but he also reminded me about my discount coupon right before I checked out. Service was fast, as well as efficient, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable; especially since this was my first visit.
