I was greeted and everything was explained to me.
I was happy with the Tech who reviewed everything with me. However, I wanted the next service to be at 5,000 miles, not 3,000 miles since I am exceeding the manufacturer's recommendations by using full synthetic oil. I have made this request in the past at the Jiffy Lube location in Clarksville, MD with no issues. I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube.

Always easy
Excellent attention to detail -- the brake inspection during tire rotation noted that the rear brake pads were nearly gone (metal-to-metal), avoiding a much more costly repair. They had the brake pads on hand, so another 30-45 minutes and I was out the door.

The guys who work there are Very Friendly. You aren't there long. They are Very thorough and Professional. I recommend this to everyone....Hahaha hold it...No! They Suck!..I wanna keep this place to myself!...don't go there.
