Very professional and efficient
The team was very courteous and professional. They listened to why I stopped in for service and addressed all my service needs in a timely manner. They team also pointed out that I was within my oil top off period, wasn't due for a full service oil change and topped off my daughter's car with two quarts of oil and checked her brakes.
I was beyond happy with their service and will continue to be a customer because I trust this service team and appreciate their excellent customer service.

Don’t offer service if you can’t complete it, in its entirety. They offered a tire rotation, but don’t offer a balance. Now my car is trembling so bad I can’t drive it. That’s until I can afford a tire balance.
The gentleman were very efficient w my vehicle needs. Fast very polite services and I was informed of the top off services between services, WOW THATS WONDERFUL.
My invoice had items completed but never done .
After speaking with my husband I was told they sold me a bunch of things that I didn’t need. I also was extremely upset that my driver window was rolled down after getting my windows tinted the day prior. On my receipt it stated my car was vacuumed in which it wasn’t. I will not patronize another Jiffy Lube location.

Been going to the same Jiffy lube in Beltsville for many years and this is first time I have been left disappointed.I had been going there because I knew the previous manager-who apparently left since my last visit.But the reason for my disappointment was when i looked at my car the next day the oil pan skid protector was barely hanging on because it wasn't put back into place properly and I felt oil around the drain plug and was covered in oil and I thought it was leaking but whomever changed the oil didn't wipe around the plug and check for LEAKS which is VERY important!And finally not that it's a big deal the guy told me the serpentine belt needed changed which I kinda knew because the car is old so I asked how much and how long to do? So he quoted the price and said it takes 45min to an hour- so I said OK but he didn't tell me he didn't have the belt at the shop- he comes about an hour and 15 minutes later and says " we are just waiting on the belt- would have like to have known that beforehand
