They patiently explained the work that needed to be done and set a clear expectation of when I could expect to pick it up. They clearly outlined the expected cost of the service and proceeded to hit that number/

More importantly, he was incredibly honest. The bike I purchased for my daughter had a tiny blemish on the paint. I did not even see it. Doug knew it was there and provided a discount without me even requesting it.
