the saddle i bought online (because it was cheap and on sale) turned out to be not the right one for me when I went in the store to pick it up. Doug did an exchange for me and helped me pick out one that was more suitable for me, helped me put it on my bike so I could try it out. looking forward to a comfy bum this spring!
