This was my first time buying a bike. PJ helped me weigh my options and spent time understanding how I would be riding. The whole process was non intimidating for a new cyclist! I also got great recommendations on gear.

They also assembled a bike rack same day and installed.

The guys in the service dept are the best. Very competent and friendly.. Brandan ( Head Mechanic) is very knowledgeable. They had my bike fixed and ready as promised, and were able to do it for less than their estimate. They are "PRO'S"

What do you like about our products and services?

That it was readily available! Service unfortunately takes way too long … it would be ideal to have a 24 hr turnaround time for those who have only one bike!
