I was having an issue with my car battery. I was greeted immediately in a very friendly and professional way. Everyone was so nice while I was there. Service was done quickly and I left a Happy customer. Keep up the great work Jiffy Lube 🙂

I had already commented on the details before. Nothing has changed - your prices are entirely out-of-line and I will be better off getting my service from the Toyota dealership down the road since it is significantly cheaper and they actually have a customer first / customer service mentality in place.

When an establishment does not honor their own coupons ($15 off) for oil change that they charge $120 (whereas the dealership charges $75 for the exact same service) it tells a loud and clear story.
