The closers did start out sending me many boilerplate emails before looking into the file for the details they were asking for that were already covered.
With the 6% commission I was very surprised at additional charges for such things as fed exing me closing papers.

What a way to end the first half of the year... another fantastic closing with Richelle! Within a couple of minutes of sitting down, Richelle noticed there was an issue with my buyer's check. She figured out a solution that allowed us all to keep to our schedules and continue the closing. While she made copies of everything, my clients went to the bank and got a corrected check. When they came back, I gave them their keys and we all high-fived. I really appreciate Richelle's quick thinking and pleasant attitude.
