A last minute escrow agreement needed less than 12 hours before closing was an unwelcome surprise but with Jessica’s attentiveness and swift late night actions to prep, and push it through to the lender in time for approval made it all happen for our 9am closing the next day without delay. She’s a true professional, people!!
