We were able to presign at a convenient time. Things went smoothly. The only thing I wish I knew earlier is it would he a good idea to stop your auto payments before the last month so you don't run into paying double then having to get your extra money returned. Process itself well communicated.

Pre-closing items needed were clear and made sense. There were no surprises--everything went smoothly. All of the Edina people (including our realtor, Emily, as well as Richelle, Liz and Jessica from Edina Realty Title) were 100% professional, pleasant, proactive, responsive and communicative. Despite all of the "moving parts" in our getting this done (property purchased in Minneapolis area--I am CA-based and was traveling in Haiti the week before close, the funds were wired for close and my son stood in for me with Power of Attorney, the seller had a tight timeframe of their own for purchasing their new home, etc.), everything went smoothly and as expected at the close. The process was about as painless as it could possibly be--my son, Kevin, and I are grateful to Edina Realty for managing this process so expertly! Thank you! Steve Sharp
