What did you like about the closing?

Richelle was awesome! Emotional transaction for the buyer and closing was delayed one day, NOT because of title. Richelle was calm, cool and collect and spent the time to listen to the buyer and provide her with flexibility and options. Richelle is a teal team player and knows what it takes to ease emotions when they run high and step in to help wherever she is able! She is the best in the biz!!!

I of course am always happy as the agent and this one was on and off so I appreciate the flexibility and Maneuvering it took to get it done. The buyer thought it “took too long”. And I suspect it was because the lender was slacking or the wire was late but don’t want you to take the blame for that!
