Edina Realty Title is super easy to work with and very prompt with email and answering questions. My only complaint, which some people may like, is the number of emails about emails got to be a bit much. Some people may like that though and it may cut down on the number of questions that you all receive. Thank you for helping us buy our home.

Great closing! Something was missed on the ALTA and Richelle figured out a way to not have to have paperwork redone and Edina Realty Title assumed the small amount but that was a nice gesture as well to save time and then a little financial bump for the buyer over the error. Way to land on two feet!
