Everything, even though it didn't close on the planned date. The closer contacted me the morning of closing right when she had received an updated dues current letter that had concerning information in it regarding storm damage caused by the seller's flying pergola. We were doing the final walk through and were able to engage the front desk property manager. Throughout the day and next day, the closer and closing team worked together to keep as many options open to be able to do a closing if we could get there. Unfortunately, we couldn't but they provided every option possible to make it happen. The transaction closed a week later with an escrow agreement. Thanks for having our back, team!
