Your staff!! Kimberly answered my call Sunday night because the pilot lights were out and we had no gas for cooking. I was concerned because I had just returned home from the hospital and was caring for a relative who had just gone through surgery. Kimberly was courteous, patient and professional in her response letting me know that she would contact the local supplier and see what could be done. She called back and asked me if it was possible to wait until the morning and I agreed. The next morning, just as Kimberly had said, Chris came to make a delivery and check that the stoves were all set. He found a leak and got that fixed and was incredibly thorough, neat and an absolute pleasure to work with. The only concern with your service is that I am supposed to be on automatic delivery and it was forgotten which was the reason for the call. That aside, your staff is your greatest asset. Thank you.

Osterman Propane is easy to do business with. While there are other companies that offer lower prices, the others fall short in service.
Prompt response to request for delivery and my request via a phone call was referred to correct department and they called me back quickly. Any person I spoke to was pleasant, understandable and knowledgeable.
i got a 500 gallon tank from you in 2014. I wanted to buy a new one,but none were available so a used one was brought to my home. Since I only use propane for my standby generator, i do not use very much and have to pay a tank rental fee. I have been paying this fee for 10 years for a tank that was made in 2002. This tank has surely been paid for. I think it would fair be if your company agreed that this this tank has made enough money and waived the annual fee.
