Customer Service has been very responsive when calling for deliveries and/or concern/issues. When the gauge on our tank was fogged up last winter we weren’t sure how much gas we had left but when I called for a delivery and advised we couldn’t read the gauge, a driver was dispatched to us immediately. This was during very cold, bad weather when demand was high.
I am very pleased with Richard, who has been to our house on two occasions since we moved our gas service to Quarles. He has replaced the gauge and checked our line and regulator. Richard is very knowledgeable and competent as well as pleasant and professional.
I hope that the great service we have received to date continues.

Superior has great customer and delivery service. You never have to worry about running out of propane if you're on automatic delivery. With the monitor on the tank, Superior can see your tank level at all times.
