Normally I rather poke my eyes out with a fork than to deal with Quarles, Superior, anyone who bought the mom and pop I actually contracted with but you delivered before the storm on short notice so I will give accolades here due.

I appreciate that even tho I am on the auto fill plan. Due to consumption and severe weather ahead, I was able to request delivery, and the delivery happened in less than 2 days. We have one less thing to worry about in the coming storm and cold snap.
I called for a propane delivery and was told it could be up to 10 days before they could deliver. It was delivered the next day. Great service.

Very difficult to contact the company and speak to a person with my questions. Called at least four times and was on hold for over 30 minutes each time. Never had human contact but at least the delivered the gas that I eventually ordered online.
I found it a little difficult to order because I had to open a portal. However the delivery came quickly and the driver did a great job.
Generally transparent. They monitor my usage and know when to deliver. The equal monthly payment option works great for me.

Ahead of the upcoming snow/ice storm, Quarles/Superior came out within two to three business days to fill our oil tank. The promptness was much appreciated.
I requested to have my tank refilled via the online scheduling. My request was fulfilled in less than 36 hours, with winter storm coming thru.
I truly appreciate the quick service.
Ours is a WEIRD situation, because we were in the process of trying to completely drain the propane gas tank so that the defective gauge. We were just about at that point at the WORSE possible time, considering the impending ice/freezing rain/extended sub-freezing temps. NOT a good time to run out of propane, which is our fuel source for our back-up generator.
Customer service was quick to respond and arranged for a basic supply of propane to carry us through this situation a a bit beyond.
