The people on your Customer Service line have greatly improved since last fall. It was nearly impossible to not wait on hold for a very lengthy time or if you left a message, you almost always did not hear back from anyone, and you would call the next day to have the same thing repeat.
I requested a late fill in June because our prior fill had been early March 2025. The woman helping me agreed to fill it at our purchase rate from the 2024-25 season. She also politely inquired about my age, and told me about the Senior discount of 5 cents per gallon at the time of a fill.
3 1/2 weeks later when our tank was filled, the charge came thru at a higher rate. I called customer service and they very quickly changed it after looking at the documented conversation with the prior customer service rep.
She also asked if I had spoken with your Loyalty team. NO I had not because I did not know it existed. She transferred me, and I spoke with a woman who gave me a rate for 2025-26 season based on the fact that we have done business with "Hopkins" for 35 years, and are remaining as a customer with "Superior-Hokin's". We are very pleased with our rate. Our official offer came through on your website within days as she said it would and we have signed and paid for our next season of propane.
When I call for a delivery, I get it quickly and everyone if very friendly and helpful.

Tony the deliver tech is great. We ran out of gas.
Tony came to refill the tank. He put a monitor on the tank. He also did a very complete survey of our system, checking for leaks and lighting all the burners on our stove.
All the while he was very affable.
Tony is a wonderful ambassador for the company.
