I have always had good experiences with Superior Plus even after it was no longer Stevens Propane. Apparently that is not the case of many of my neighbors in Buckley who often post negative comments about your company in the Buckley chatter group. I received a quick response when I requested propane online. Many people say it is very difficult to talk with someone on the phone. When renewing my contract I research prices of other local companies and call you to request a similar price since your prices are always higher than others in the area. So far, you have been able to match that price. I dislike that I have to do that but realize that in order to stay with you that is something I have to do every year. I can understand why so many people are dissatisfied with your company. But, as I said, so far I have been satisfied.
Placed order for propane delivery. Was told it would be 14 days. Driver delivered in 2 days. Very greatful for speedy delivery especially in the bitter cold weather we are experiencing.

Cheyenne made it happen, we requested a pn emergency propane delivery ahead of this approaching snow storm. She understood my sincere concerns, got the driver out the same day and we are secure now for any power outages (our automatic generator runs on Earhart propane too).
