The service has always been top notch. From the office staff to the drivers who deliver the product, they are friendly and concerned about servicing you. I am on their auto fill auto pay system and it has worked out quite well. There have been times where I had to call for a delivery because of a change in my personal usage.

Everyone was helpful when we ran out of propane. The ladies I spoke with were wonderful and very professional. The delivery guy was at my house within a half hour. I was not aware someone had to be home good an inspection and they were able to have another tech come and meet me at 4pm to unlock and test my system. Thank you to everyone for going above and beyond.

Your service person that works in my area is an amazing technician. He diagnosed my propane problem and fixed it. While I was watching him he took the time to help the other technician he was training to either teach him how to work on the equipment or he allowed him to work on certain aspects of the equipment that he felt comfortable the apprentice could handle. I love that. He has a great work ethic and takes the time to train others in his industry.
Superior has an excellent mechanic and I'm glad he is working in my area. Send him out any time to work on my propane.
