Always answers the phone and you can talk to a real person! Prompt delivery even when it's not an emergency. We use their service for our camp, and we don't have regular deliveries, so sometimes we are low and don't realize it. Appreciate those times when we have needed an emergency delivery on a weekend when we were there.

I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my gratitude to the last driver who delivered my propane. They caused minimal disturbance to the vegetation in front of the tank (goldenrod and other wildflowers), only pushing aside as much as they absolutely needed to.
