Reliable, safe and efficient service. The drivers are careful around the plants, and they always make sure we receive deliveries when needed, without us needing to call. And the employees are all friendly and experienced.
Dependable
Even given the fact that we are in the middle of a deep freeze and major snow storm, the overworked customer service reps were patient, kind, and accommodating to send out service truck to refilled our tank.
They also explained my bill, admitted they were in error of overcharging me, and confirmed correct price.

we received prior day notification of our delivery and had our driveway plowed and path to the tank cleared. when 5pm passed I figured we would not be seeing our delivery that day. but at around 530pm the truck showed up and the delivery was made. driver was courteous and good natured despite the very cold temperatures he ws working in. he was very grateful for the condition of the driveway and path to the tank.
my suggestion for betterment would be a way to track our delivery in real time so that we could be sure dog is out of the way and vehicles out of the trucks path and know when to expect the fuel to arrive.

Great service! Griffith Energy has been providing excellent service to me for over 20 years.
Although I had trouble getting the right people on the phone to set up my account after we moved into our new house. I talked to a Superior Plus delivery technician who checked the tank, (we needed a refill) took my name and got things rolling. By the end of the day our tank was filled, our equipment checked and account was squared away. They are the best.
I like that they show up and fill your propane tanks without me having to do anything. I like their budget billing. I can budget every month for the bill knowing exactly how much I have to pay. They were friendly and helpful when I called. All good!
