I was quoted a delivery price that was outrageous compared to what my neighbor pays. I spoke w/a rep who did everything in her power to help. I was seriously thinking of leaving superior, but she promised she would send an email and someone would be in touch. (I have had several delivery issues in the past and a bit skeptical of everything, but even then, they always worked for an amicable resolution). A woman from their service team reached out and was very "matter of fact". She was able to really do everything possible in my eyes - and I was very satisfied to say the least. I've been with Superior for some time now, i can honestly say I feel as though I am a very valued customer. Thanks and keep up the great work!

You guys are great and make getting fuel deliveries easy. Came from having natural gas so was a little worried about the transition but couldn’t be happier. Easy to pay online, text the day before coming is great. Not to mention the best prices around!
