Your on time , office people are friendly and helpful. Only thing i wish that would change is every year i lock in the rate.
Charge 100 dollars to lock in but if the rate goes lower then the locked in rate , give me the cheaper rate. If it doesn’t then you get the extra money. This way we’re always going to get the best rate available. Even if the lcharge for the lock in rate is higher then that . You always want the chance to get the best rate.

I am a new customer, so I really can't comment on any of your products and services.
Your company has always been there for us. We don't have to worry about running out of fuel. It seems everytime I start asking myself about how much fuel we have left in the tank. Your company shows up and fills our tank. I mean sometimes in the dead of winter with 5 ft or more of snow on the ground. The winds howling and its real cold out there. Your employees are real hero's to my wife and I. They are always courteous and will take the time to explain what they are doing.
I like the app to monitor propane level. Double bonus automaticaly monitors propane level and issues an auto refill when tank gets down to around 30 percent. Great to refer people and get a nice credit too. Keep up the good work!
