What I like is the friendly service whenever I call the Franklinville, my office! The woman who answer the phone are always so kind, friendly and helpful! I had just lost my father in law whom I had taken care of for the last five years and his death was a devastating blow and my propane was getting very low and I couldn't understand why it hadn't been filled yet, called the office a bit upset because of just being completely overwhelmed by the situation of my father in law's passing and the extremely cold weather coming up on us! The lady I spoke with was so kind and just what I needed at the that time, she helped me out, got a delivery set up! High praises to that offices!
