Your people were extremely understanding with my situation- from those I talked with on the phone to those who came out to my house. I was having construction done, but dates kept being changed by the construction company and the propane tanks needed to be moved for the construction. So many dates of construction were changed that I had to keep changing dates with Warner's. I felt like an idiot to keep calling Warner's, but I was treated with respect every time. Finally, the construction began and one workman smelled propane outside, so I called Warner's yet again and they came quickly and there was no leak. Because so much time passed, Warner's came to deliver more propane as it was getting cold. Warner's folks really rolled with the punches and didn't make me feel stupid. Thanks for everything.

I was very concerned when on a whim I checked the tank gage and found that I was in the red zone. About 18%. I called, explained my problem. A very courteous and helpful lady said they are currently scheduling deliveries in ten days. She went on to day she'd marked the work older indicating red zone and the delivery would be expedited. Two days later I received a fill up by a friendly man. Can't ask for any better service.
